This site is operated as an independent advisory desk with B&S Luxury, to answer enquiries about Tula Residences at 7918 West Drive, North Bay Village. It is not the developer’s website and it is not the official sales center.
What we collect
When you submit a form we collect the details you enter: name, email, phone, whether you are enquiring as a Buyer or a Broker, your timeline, the residence interest you select, and any message. We also store the page you submitted from, the landing page, the referrer, and campaign parameters present in the URL. A hidden company field is used to filter automated submissions and is discarded when it is filled.
How we use it
We use the enquiry to reply about this project, to send floor plans or fact sheets you requested, and to keep a record of that conversation. We do not sell your information. Submissions may be stored by our host (Netlify) and in the advisor’s follow-up tools, including the Follow Up Boss pixel identified as WT-KROFXFSN.
How long, and your choices
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to respond and to meet ordinary professional record-keeping. Email dora@bnsluxury.com or call +1 (305) 549-4289 to ask for a copy or a deletion, subject to records we are required to retain.
Cookies and measurement
The page loads the Follow Up Boss widget tracker and Google Tag Manager (GTM-NLM9NVMJ). A dataLayer event named generate_lead is pushed only after a lead form is accepted.
